The officers had the information from the Task Force to get the search and seizure warrant and to raid the still, and to arrest Johnny with various violations of state drug laws as well as RICO (the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act. The officers were in compliance with the 4th Amendment and the seized evidence to arrest Johnny on the violation of illegal drugs.
